At Esensual Living, we would like for you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, you have the legal right to receive a refund of the price of the product and delivery charges incurred in delivering the product to you, subject to the following:
- Notification: you must notify us of your wish to return the product within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com;
- Return: you must return the products to us at the below address within 14 days of telling us you wish to return the product. Included in all products is a return slip and prepaid return label. If you do not use this, we will not reimburse you for the cost of returning the product;

- Collect/ Drop off: alternatively, you may drop off the product at your local UPS office or schedule a pickup through your local UPS office;
- State of Product: the product must be returned unused, and its original packaging;
- Specific Product Exception: you will not receive a refund in respect of products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after delivery;
- Deductions: we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling of them in a way which would not have been permitted in a shop. If we refund you before we are able to inspect the product and later discover that you have handled the product in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount; and
- Delivery Costs: we will refund any delivery costs you have paid in receiving the product, but only according to the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this method is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer standard delivery of a product at one cost, but you choose express delivery at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
Your return will be processed promptly upon our receipt of the products. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card (or other payment method) used by you to pay.
